1 packet of vanilla pudding powder (60 g), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs, 100 g of wheat flour,
200 ml of milk, 200 ml of sparkling water, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a big bowl until the mixture fluffs up.
Spoon the flour and pudding powder into the bowl; then, carefully stir to prevent lumps.
Pour the milk and sparkling water gradually; mix constantly until the batter has a smooth consistency.
Add two teaspoons of oil at last and stir once more.
Over medium heat, warm a fried pan slightly oil-covered. Spoon little amounts of the batter equally across the pan's surface. Turn the pancakes golden brown on both sides.
Present the ready pancakes alongside your preferred jam, fresh fruit, maple syrup, nuts.
