Three-ingredient cheesecake

Ingredients:  – 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened – 3 large eggs, separated – 8 oz (225g) white chocolate, melted

Instructions:  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

– In a bowl, melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly. – Stir in the softened cream cheese until smooth

– Add the egg yolks, mixing until fully combined. – In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

– Gently fold the egg whites into the cheesecake batter until smooth. – Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a water bath (a larger pan filled with hot water).

– Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set. – Let cool, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
