Taco-Stuffed Avocados

2 ripe avocados One pound either turkey or ground beef. One packet homemade or commercial taco seasoning One cup sliced tomatoes

1/2 cup Mexican blend or cheddar shredded cheese One fourth cup finely chopped cilantro One limes, juiced Taste salt and pepper at your will.

Cut the avocados in half then cut away the pit. To make a bigger cavity for the filling, scoop out a small amount of the meat. Save for.

Brown the ground beef or turkey completely in a skillet set on medium heat. Empty any extra fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and, if necessary, a little water to help the spices be uniformly distributed. Cook for five more minutes, letting the tastes marry.

Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the diced tomatoes, lime juice, half of the chopped cilantro. Fresh ingredients Taste your season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the avocados with the taco mixture liberally in each half. Top with shredded cheese and the left-over cilantro. Serve straight away or chill for a few minutes to let the tastes meld together more completely.
