Strawberry Mint Smoothie

This refreshing strawberry mint smoothie is the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and cool flavors. It’s packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and a hint of minty freshness—perfect for a summer treat or a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:  – 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberrie – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice) – ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess) – 2-3 fresh mint leaves (or more for extra freshness)

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) – ½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)

Instructions:  1. Blend all ingredients – Add strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, mint leaves, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender

Blend until smooth – Mix on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until creamy and well combined. 

Taste and adjust – Add more mint for freshness or honey for sweetness if needed. Serve immediately – Pour into a glass, garnish with extra mint leaves, and enjoy
