2 ounces 60 milliliters White rum One ounce thirty milliliters fresh lime juice 1:1 ratio, 1/2-1 ounce 15-30 ml Simple syrup
Between eight and ten mint leaves Ice 60 ml soda water/sparkling water.
Simple syrup recipe (fit for numerous servings): ½ cup, 100g sugar; ½ cup, 120ml water
Making the syrup, in a small pot mix sugar and water. Turn off the heat and let it cool totally until the sugar dissolves.
Create the mojito like this: Clap to release the oils from your palm holding mint leaves. Arange the mint in a high ball glass. Combine white rum, simple syrup, lime juice.
Add ice; then finish with soda water.
Fresh mint leaves would mix and garnish well.
