For a creamy pie, check that cream cheese is room temperature. Sugar from confectioners: This recipe calls for no sifting.
Combine in a bowl cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar. Whipp until smooth.
Fold into whipped topping and well mix. Add to the pie crust; fill the pie shell accordingly.
Top with extra whipped topping and smooth to the edges. Chill: Refrigerate for minimum two hours before serving.
Add toppings; if preferred top with chopped salted peanuts and chocolate sauce.
