1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon of baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. Two huge eggs.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 3 ripe bananas (mashed). 1/4 cup sour cream. 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175° C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan to avoid sticking.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until evenly combined and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract.
Mash the bananas and add them to the batter, along with the sour cream, until smooth and mixed.
In a separate bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy.
Bake in a preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
