– 4 cups all-purpose flour – 3 cups granulated sugar – 1 pound (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened – 6 large egg – 1 cup whole milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt or tube pan
Cream Butter & Sugar – Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes
Add Eggs – Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Incorporate Dry & Wet Ingredients – Gradually add flour, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Add Flavoring – Mix in vanilla and almond extracts until combined
