McDonald's has already removed the word "premium" from the drink's name and now simply calls it "lemonade." It will apparently replace Minute Maid lemonade, which was previously sold in eateries.
Quartz, an industry website, has declared "lemonade wars" among chain restaurants, with Wendy's, Arby's, and Chick-fil-A already providing multiple variants of the drink.
