Blueberry Mojito Mocktail Recipe

One cup of newly picked blueberries One fourth cup fresh mint leaves. Twice limes, juiced

Ingredients

Two tablespoons agave syrup or honey (to suit taste) Two glasses either sparkling water or club soda. Snow cubes For garnish more mint leaves and blueberries.

Ingredients

Muddle the ingredients in a big glass or pitcher including the fresh blueberries and mint leaves. Press down gently to release the juices and oils using a muddler or the rear of a spoon. Keep some whole blueberries for texture; be careful not to over-muddle.

Directions  

Pour in the freshly squeezed lime juice together with sweetener, honey or agave syrup. To merge all the tastes, stir thoroughly. Taste and modify the sugar level as needed.

Gradually pour the club soda or sparkling water into the mixture. Stir carefully to mix, being sure you retain the fizz.
