Three cups general-purpose flour Two tablespoons sugar; three teaspoons baking powder Salt Pinch 2 ½ cups of whole milk
Two huge eggs Six melted unsalted tablespoons butter One tsp vanilla essence Butter for greassing or non-stick cooking spray.
Turn up your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare. Butter or non-stick spray greas a sheet pan.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl in mix.
Whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth in a another basin.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk gently until just combined—don't overmix—lumps are good!
Pour the batter equally on the ready sheet pan by spread and bake. Bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean—15 to 20 minutes.
Let the pancake cool just little before cutting into squares. Top with maple syrup, berries, powdered sugar, or preferred toppings!
