Fluffy American Pancakes: Your Ideal Breakfast Recipe Right Here  

Ingredients 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour one teaspoon of salt One tablespoon granulated sugar. One in four glasses milk  

One egg. Three tablespoons melted butter (plus more to pan greasing needs) Additional toppings could be maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.

Instructions Whisk the dry ingredients—flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar—in a large mixing basin until thoroughly blended.

Combine the wet ingredients—beat the egg in a separate bowl—then stir the milk and melted butter in with.

Pour the wet components into the dry ones gradually, stirring gently until just mixed. Watch not to overmix; a few lumps are acceptable.

Set a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat to preheat. Lightly butter or cook spray it.

For every pancake, pour one fourth cup of batter into the griddle. About two to three minutes, fry until bubbles develop on the surface; then, flip and cook the other side till golden brown.

Present and Savory: On a plate, stack the pancakes then cover with your preferred accompaniments.
