Prepare the crust: Turn oven's temperature to 350°F. Set aside a 9x 13 (22 x 23 cm) foil-lined baking dish.
Combine butter, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl or in a bowl of a stand mixer. Beat till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Equally press the mixture into the bottom of the ready pan. Bake until the edges are gently brown, eighteen to twenty minutes. Prepare the filling concurrently.
In a large basin, whisk corn syrup, eggs, salt and vanilla essence until blended. Add pecans, then stir.
Top the crust with the batter and bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. Let cool totally; then, refrigerate until set; then, cut into bars.
