180 g plain flour, 40 g cocoa, 100 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
1 flat teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs,
120 ml oz oil, 100 g dark, chopped chocolate (optional), 80 g finely chopped favourite nuts (optional), a pinch of cinnamon.
Mash the bananas by a fork or blender; then, add the eggs, rapeseed oil, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whirl all the components together.
Combine the dry goods—flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon—in a separate basin.
Add the dry ingredients gradually to the banana mixture, well mixing the batter.
Add the chopped chocolate and either nuts or your desired ingredient.
Spoon the batter into a ready-made tray and bake for roughly half an hour at 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
