Blueberry glaze cheesecake: A festive delight easy to bake

How can one create cheesecake with blueberry glaze? Crust: 140g melted butter, 200g buttery biscuits.  

Glaze from blueberries: 250g blueberries, two tablespoons vanilla sugar, one tablespoon lemon juice, 75ml cold water, one teaspoon potato starch.  amon  

Filling for cheese: One kilogramme box of cream cheese, four eggs, 150g sugar, one package of vanilla pudding mix, 200ml thirty percent cream.  

Preparation: Paced parchment paper along the bottom of a springform pan. Crush the biscuits then stir butter into them. Store refrigerated after spreading over the pan's bottom.  

Cook the blueberries with sugar and lemon juice till the sugar melts. Dissolve the potato starch in water then toss it into the blueberries. Cook in a minute. Put aside to cool.  

Whirl the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Combine the pudding mix, cream, and cheese. Turn well. Till stiff, beat the egg whites; then, carefully fold them into the cheese mixture.  

Over the crust pour the cheese mixture. Baker for one hour and fifteen minutes at 160°C. cool in an open oven.Chill in the refrigerator after pouring the blueberry glaze—cooled—over the cheesecake.
