Air fryer salmon comes out juicier and crispier

Salmon makes an excellent dinner option for those searching for a healthy supper, and with the right recipe, it can be transformed into a gourmet feast.

Lisa Bryan, culinary expert and author of Downshiftology, has revealed that the secret to achieving a crispier crust on salmon is to cook it in an air fryer with the proper spices.

"This air fryer salmon recipe is the secret to a juicy and crispy filet that tastes like a million bucks - in less than 15 minutes! Ideal for a quick and healthy weeknight meal recipe for the family."

Four Salmon fillets 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard One teaspoon of paprika.

Ingredients

One teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper. Olive oil spray

Begin by wiping the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then equally distribute one teaspoon mustard on each piece.

Directions

First, season the fillets with salt and pepper, then liberally sprinkle with garlic and paprika.

Next, spray the salmon with olive oil to keep it wet. Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lay two fish fillets in it.

Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes, or until flaky and readily penetrated with a fork. Repeat the process for the remaining two fillets.

The outcome will be salmon with a golden caramel crust that is still juicy on the inside.
