Whisk salt, baking powder, and corn in a medium bowl. Whisk egg, milk, butter, syrup, and vanilla in still another medium bowl. Fold dry goods into egg mixture until barely blended.

After greasing a 6-inch pie dish with cooking spray, toss one-quarter (approximately 1/4 cup) of batter within. Slide dish into an air-fryer basket.
About three minutes, cook at 400° until pancake is puffy and just little golden. Proceed similarly using the remaining batter.
Top pancakes using cut fruit, additional syrup, and yogurt.
