Churro Cheesecake Bars

One cup all-purpose flour One half cup granulated sugar One fourth cup unsalted butter, melted Two-thirds teaspoon baking powder One quarter of a teaspoon salt

Set your oven's temperature to 350°F (175°C). This guarantees uniformly baked bars.

To make removal simple, grease an 8x 8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Stopping sticking depends on this last stage.

Combine in a mixing bowl the flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt to create the Churro Base. Stirring until thoroughly mixed. To create an evenly layer, press this mixture into the bottom of the ready pan.

Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla essence; stir until completely blended. Equally distribute this mixture over the churro foundation.

In a separate bowl, whisk the cinnamon and sugar for the top. Over the cheesecake layer, liberally scatter this mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is gently jiggly and the edges are set. Let the bars cool in the pan then cut.
