900 grams of potatoes, 2 onions, 2 eggs,
200 grams of sharp yellow cheese, 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, Salt and pepper to taste, Oil for frying.
Peel the potatoes; grade them uniformly; next, squeeze out the extra liquid.
Cut the onions into extremely tiny cubes or peel and grate them.
Sort the yellow cheese grately.
Combine the potatoes mass with onion, eggs, yellow cheese, pepper, and salt. Drop spoonfuls of batter, heat oil in a pan, fry till brown, 2–3 minutes on each side.
Serve the pancakes on their own or with goulash, mushroom, or tomato sauce. They shine in every variant.
